Your Fully Managed Identity Theft Recovery Services extend to cover three generations of your family (3G) and continue to provide coverage for up to 12 months after death. Dedicated Privacy Advocates are assigned to you and will manage your case until you get to pre-breach status.

Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Insurance*

This benefit covers out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you during the recovery of your identity. These expenses may include attorney’s fees, mailing expenses, fees for notarizing affidavits and documents, and lost wages due to time off from work to fight the identity fraud.

Credit Monitoring

Monitors for new activity on your credit report, including credit inquiries, new credit lines, derogatory credit, name change and address changes. Optional text alerts are available in addition to email alerts. Credit monitoring is provided by TransUnion®, subject to change.

Rapid Credit Alerts

Daily alerts are sent via email and optionally by SMS text message, of significant changes to your credit file.

Monthly Credit Score

Your TransUnion® credit score is available each calendar month to help manage your credit and to see any unexplained changes in your credit file. The requested score is documented on a timeline so the changes over time can be seen graphically.

Annual Credit Report

One credit report per plan year, on demand, can help to benchmark your credit standing and uncover pre-existing credit issues.

Dark Web Monitoring (Profile)

Monitors criminal networks, black market forums, phishing networks and exploited websites to uncover compromised, sensitive information. This compromised information is gathered and then compared to find data that might match your name, phone number, Social Security number (SSN), address, and date of birth (DOB). Alerts of compromised data can help you to take action early to minimize or avoid identity theft. Alerts are provided by email and optional SMS text.

Dark Web Monitoring (Compromised Email)

Monitors the dark web for email combinations with username and password to uncover breached access credentials. Alerts include the location of where the email, username and/ or password were found, allowing action to be taken early to change the login information to help prevent criminals from gaining access to your personal accounts. Using advanced techniques, compromised credentials are collected from the dark web, criminal forums, and malicious third-party botnets. Then our large database of compromised emails, usernames and passwords are compared to your credentials, sending an alert if the information is found. Alerts are provided by email and optional SMS text.

Dark Web Monitoring (Internet Surveillance)

Provides easy, secure online storage of important documents for retrieval in the event of theft of a purse, wallet, or home disaster. A Recovery Advocate will assist in replacing the lost, stolen, or destroyed documents. In addition, all of the stored credentials are included for Internet Surveillance, and if compromised, an alert will be sent. Email or optional SMS text alerts are also provided for expiration dates.
